I have posted below the roster and hotel information. I have attached the absence form for you to print out if you would like. I believe when the person sent the absence form some names were cut off so if yours is one of those and you want to have the form then let me know asap.

I will contact everyone about rides tomorrow, I know of a couple of people who are driving but we still need a couple more. I (Jeramie) have to leave at 9:00am on Friday because there is a captain's meeting at 5:00pm that I have to go to. If anyone wants to ride out early, I can pick you up Friday morning, just call or text me.

If you are on the roster and you can't come, let me know as soon as you can!
